Education                  :           BACHELOR’S DEGREE RELEVANT TO THE JOB

Experience                :           AT LEAST ONE (1) YEAR EXPERIENCE IN

DEVELOPMENT-RELATED PROJECTS INVOLVING COMMUNITY ORGANIZING, CAPABILITY BUILDING ACTIVITIES, PROCESS MANAGEMENT ,COMMUNITY ORGANIZING AND FACILITATION AND CASE MANAGEMENT

Training                     :           AT LEAST FOUR (4) HOURS OF RELEVANT

Experience                :           AT LEAST ONE (1) YEAR EXPERIENCE IN

  3. Copy of relevant trainings and seminars attended; and
  4. Copy of transcript of records/ diploma
  5. Copy of performance rating in the present position for the last rating period or its equivalent to external applicants and must have a Very Satisfactory rating.
