CSC MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Training : Four (4) hours relevant training along information and
communications management
Experience : At least (1) year of relevant experience
Eligibility : Career Service Professional)/ 2 nd Level Eligibility
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology,
Community Development and other related courses.
Training : At least eight (8) hours relevant training
Experience : At least two (2) years of relevant experience
Eligibility : Career Service Professional 2nd Level Eligibility / RA 1080/RA 10029
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge and experience in providing psychosocial intervention or other programs
to children, preferably to Children Involved in Armed Conflict. - Knowledge on program/project planning, monitoring and evaluation.
- Knowledge on government financial and administrative procedures.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in partnership, resource mobilization, conduct of advocacy activities
and/or capability building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acts as the project focal of the PEACE program for Children in Armed Conflict
(CIAC); - Provides interventions and referrals to CIAC and their families;
- Maintain directory of SWADA’s , other Govenrment Agencies and other stakeholders
as providing further interventions under the project; - Coordinates with other Government Agencies, Civil Society Organizations and Local
Government Units as support in the implementation of the project; - Documents milestones in the course of the project operationalization;
- Assist in the periodic evaluation of the project outcomes;
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the Head of Office.
JOB OUTPUTS:
- Individual updates on the cases handled;
- Monthly Accomplishment and Monitoring Report;
- Project proposals and other technical documents related to the project;
- Referrals to other Social Welfare and Development Agencies (SWADA) and other
professionals for further interventions.
