CSC MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education : Completion of Bachelor’s degree in Social Work
Experience : At least one (1) year of relevant experience
Training : At least four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility : RA 1080 (Registered Social Work)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education : Completion of Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Masters of Science in Social Work
Experience : At least one (1) year of experience in humanitarian
and development work, program management, CCAM-DRR
programming, and working with local government/s
Training : Eight (8) hours of training relevant to the job
Eligibility : RA 1080 (Registered Social Worker)

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft strategic and implementation plan/s
- Draft consolidated P/LGU program proposals and other required documents
- Draft program planning, implementation, monitoring and assessment/evaluation
tool/report - Technical assistance (TA) IEC materials, summary of agreements (SOA), feedback
report and TA evaluation - Document lessons learnt, innovations and best practices
- Draft financial management documentary requirements
- After-activity report on RRP activities (i.e. facilitation of P/LGU planning and
assessment, joint-validation activities, provision of TAs, and participation to DRMB or
DRMG level activities) - Periodic assessment/ evaluation and accomplishment reports

- IPCR or Any Related Performance Assessment/Review 5%
Cut-off Scores:
- Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 75% or 45 points of the maximum total score of the ETE
- Top five highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%
