CSC MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Education        :         Completion of Bachelor’s degree in Social Work
Experience      :         At least one (1) year of relevant experience
Training           :         At least four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility      :         RA 1080 (Registered Social Work)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education        :         Completion of Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Masters of Science in Social Work
Experience      :         At least one (1) year of experience in humanitarian
and development work, program management, CCAM-DRR
programming, and working with local government/s
Training           :         Eight (8) hours of training relevant to the job

Eligibility      :         RA 1080 (Registered Social Worker)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Draft strategic and implementation plan/s
2. Draft consolidated P/LGU program proposals and other required documents
3. Draft program planning, implementation, monitoring and assessment/evaluation
   tool/report
4. Technical assistance (TA) IEC materials, summary of agreements (SOA), feedback
   report and TA evaluation
5. Document lessons learnt, innovations and best practices
6. Draft financial management documentary requirements
7. After-activity report on RRP activities (i.e. facilitation of P/LGU planning and
   assessment, joint-validation activities, provision of TAs, and participation to DRMB or
   DRMG level activities)
8. Periodic assessment/ evaluation and accomplishment reports

• Education (E) 25%
• Training (T) 10%
• Experience (E) 25%
• Written Exam (WE) 25%
• Competency-Based Interview (CBI) 10%
• IPCR or Any Related Performance Assessment/Review 5%

Cut-off Scores:

1. Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 75% or 45 points of the maximum total score of the ETE
2. Top five highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%
