Mayor Hadja Eleanor Lantud of Pantao Ragat, Lanao del Norte recently visited the Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office X to inquire on the enrolment process of KALAHI CIDSS-National Community Driven Development Program. The program aims to empower communities to be involved in development initiatives and improve local governance at the same time.
