Education : Completion of two-year studies in college
Training : 4 Hours Relevant Training
Experience : 1 year relevant experience in administrative and clerical role in financial settings

Additional Competency:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Can perform clerical works
- Physically and mentally fit
- Can work under pressure
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and filing financial documents for easy retrieval and reference.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely processing of financial transactions.
- Provide general clerical support, such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing documents.
Prepare and distribute memos, correspondence, and reports as required. - Journalize transactions for accounting incoming entry.
- Computation of withholding tax.
- Monitor payment-transactions and coordinate with reviewers and focals.
- Undertake other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor or team members to support
the smooth functioning of the division.

Cut-off Scores:
- The Longlisted applicants must obtain 60% of the maximum total score of the
Technical/Special Examination. - Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 75% or 45 points of the maximum total score of the
ETE. - Top five highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%.
