CSC MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Education          :   Completion of Two-Year Studies in College
Experience        :    One (1) years of relevant experience
Training            :    Four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility          :     Career Service (Sub-Professional) First Level Eligibility

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education          :    Completion of Two-Year Studies in College
Experience        :    One (1) year Relevant Experience in administrative and
clerical role in financial settings

Training            :     Four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility          :      Career Service (Sub-Professional) First Level Eligibility

Additional Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc)
  • Can perform clerical works
  • Physically and mentally fit
  • Can work under pressure
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Post-Audit paid disbursement Vouchers;
  2. Ensures the timely and complete submission of paid Disbursement Vouchers to the commission on Audit;
  3. Retain scanned copies of all paid Disbursement Vouchers and ensure that all scanned copies are stores in Google Drive;
  4. Monthly reconciliation of Official Receipts with Cash Section;
  5. ISO/7s Focal;
  6. Preparation of updates on AOM compliance;
  7. Provide general clerical support, such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing documents. Prepare and distribute memos, correspondence, and reports as required.
  8. Undertake other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor or team members to support the smooth functioning of the division.

ONLY WITH WORK EXPERIENCE:

Copy of performance rating in the present position for the last rating period or its equivalent to external applicants and must have a Very Satisfactory rating.

Cut-off Scores:

  1. The Longlisted applicants must obtain 60% of the maximum total score of the
    Technical/Special Examination.
  2. Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 75% or 45 points of the maximum total score of the
    ETE.
  3. Top five highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%.
