CSC MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Education        :         Completion of Two-Year Studies in College

Training           :         Four (4) Hours of Relevant Training

Experience      :         One (1) Year of Relevant Experience
Eligibility      :         Career Service (Sub-Professional) First Level Eligibility

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education        :         Completion of Four-Year Studies in College

Training           :         Eight (8) hours of Relevant Training

Experience      :         Two (2) years of Relevant Experience
Eligibility      :         Career Service (Professional) First Level Eligibility

Additional Competencies:

  1. Adept in using Microsoft excel and google suites productivity tools
  2. More than average writing skills
  3. More than average negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Records and oversees all incoming and outgoing communications;
  2. Encodes/keeps confidential correspondence and other documents;
  3. Maintains and updates official files;
  4. Records all schedule and reminders;
  5. Answers and makes telephone calls;
  6. Interviews and screens persons seeking assistance from the Division Chief;
  7. Acts as the finance and procurement focal of the FMD;
  8. Consolidates the division reports such as but not limited to the following
    Monthly narrative reports
    Quarterly HPMES
    WFP
    PPMP
    ORTP
  9. Acts as ARTU focal of the division
  10. Performs other tasks as assigned by the Division Chief

ONLY WITH WORK EXPERIENCE:

Copy of performance rating in the present position for the last rating period or its equivalent to external applicants and must have a Very Satisfactory rating.

Cut-off Scores:

  1. Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 75% or 45 points of the maximum total score of the ETE
  2. Top five highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%
