Education                    :           BACHELOR’S DEGREE RELEVANT TO THE JOB

Experience                  :           ONE (1) YEAR OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Training                       :           FOUR (4) HOURS OF RELEVANT TRAINING

Eligibility                      :           CAREER SERVICE (PROFESSIONAL) / 2ND LEVEL ELIGIBILITY

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Education        :           BACHELORS DEGREE IN ANY BUSINESS RELATED COURSE

Experience                  :           ONE (1) YEAR OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Training                       :           FOUR (4) HOURS OF RELEVANT TRAINING

Eligibility                      :           CAREER SERVICE (PROFESSIONAL) / 2ND LEVEL ELIGIBILITY

JOB FUNCTIONS:

  1. Identify areas for enhancement in the guidelines on food/nutrition-related concerns/programs;
  2. Facilitate anthropometric nutrition assessment;
  3. Assist in the preparation/enhancement of food plan/cycle menu to be used in the area;
  4. Review practices and demonstrate strategies to the LGUs in the management of food/nutritional needs in the area;
  5. Review report on food/nutrition related projects;
  6. Assist in the conduct of trainings/seminars/consultations;
  7. Follow-up LGU/stakeholder’s compliance to required documents;
  8. Monitor and provide technical assistance to the LGUs/implementors on the implementation;
  9. Assist in the compliance on the directives of the Secretary, President among others.
  10. Conduct research as may be necessary using the outcome of the annual evaluation to further enhance strategies and intervention being provided.
  11. Conduct in-house program audit to identify problems, objectives and standards based on implementing guidelines

  • Education (E) 25%
  • Training (T) 10%
  • Experience (E)                                                             25%
  • Written Exam (WE) 25%
  • Competency-Based Interview (CBI) 10%
  • IPCR or Any Related Performance Assessment/Review 5%

Cut-off Scores:

  1. Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 60% of the maximum total score and only those who obtained the high average percentage on IQT/ Written Exam.
  2. Top five highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 60%
