CSC MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree Relevant to the job
Experience : 2 years of relevant experience
Training : 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility : Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education : Bachelors of Science in Social Work
Experience : 2 years’ experience as a technical staff of an organization or
major complex project (general Office system), Computer
Literate and excellent in Oral and Written Communication
Training : Twenty-four (24) hours of training (management or
supervision, planning and organizing, project management,
Technical Writing, and Frontline Service
Eligibility : RA 1080 (Registered Social Worker)
Key Responsibilities:
- Close coordination with LGUs, NGOs, and POs implementing regulatory
services; - Monitor for sustained compliance of LGUs, NGOs, and POs on regulatory
services; - Provide technical assistance to stakeholders;
- Performs other related works as assigned.
ONLY WITH WORK EXPERIENCE:
Copy of performance rating in the present position for the last rating period or its
equivalent to external applicants and must have a Very Satisfactory rating.

- Education (E) 25%

- IPCR or Any Related Performance Assessment/Review 5%
Cut-off Scores:
- Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 75% or 45 points of the maximum total score of the ETE
- Top five highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%
