CSC MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work
Experience : One (1) years of relevant experience
Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility : RA 1080 (Registered Social Worker)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work
Experience : 2 years Relevant Experience
Training : 10 hours of Relevant Trainings on Case Management
Eligibility : RA 1080 (Registered Social Worker)
Additional Competencies:
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Community Organizing
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure beneficiaries of AICS/AKAP and other programs of the department are provided with psychological and monetary assistance
- Review the PSP MOA of LGUs and SPs.
- Act as Disbursing Officer of the section.
- Review program and administrative plans and updates of the section.
- Conducts interviews, home visits, jail visits, case counseling, case management conferences;
- Gathers collateral information;
- Handles court-related cases;
- Accomplishes social case study reports of clients;
- Attends hearings and testifies in court;
- Prepares/submits project proposals, case studies and other reports;
- Refers neglected, abandoned, abused and exploited children to institutions and for foster care;
- Acts as Officer in charge whenever the Head of the section/center is on official travel/business or on leave of absence;
- Assist in conducting Technical Assistance and Resource Augmentation (TARA) activities;
- Attends and coordinates with LGUs on disaster related incidents and access appropriate augmentation on disaster response services;
- Performs other related tasks.
ONLY WITH WORK EXPERIENCE:
Copy of performance rating in the present position for the last rating period or its equivalent to external applicants and must have a Very Satisfactory rating.

Cut-off Scores:
- The Longlisted applicants must obtain 60% of the maximum total score of the
Technical/Special Examination. - Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 75% or 45 points of the maximum total score of the
ETE. - Top five highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%.
