Ang food assistance ng DSWD ay binibigay para sa mga bakwit na galing Marawi City. Nagbibigay ang DSWD ng P1,000 para sa pangangailangang pagkain sa Ramadan, at dagdag na P4,000 para sa kanilang pag-uwi sa Marawi City.

 

SINO ANG MAKAKATANGGAP NG P5,000 NA FOOD AT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE?

Ang makakatanggap ng P5,000 ay yung napatunayan / na-validate ng DSWD / CSWDO / MSWDO na totoong bakwit galing sa Marawi, kasama na rito ang mga naninirahan sa mga evacuation centers, at home-based (mga bakwit na naninirahan sa komunidad).

Noong June 20-29, 2017, namigay ng P1,000 ang DSWD para sa mga na-validate na bakwit na nasa evacuation centers at home-based base sa listahan nga mga bakwit na na-validate noong June 14, 2017. Ito ay pinamigay kasabay sa selebrasyon ng Eid Al-Fitr – ang pagtatapos sa Ramadan.

 

NAKATANGGAP NA AKO NG P1,000 FOOD ASSISTANCE GALING SA DSWD NOON JUNE 20-29, 2017. KAILAN AT SAAN KO MAKUKUHA ANG P4,000?

Para sa mga nakatanggap na ng P1,000 noong June 20-29, 2017, matatanggap nila ang P4,000 doon sa Marawi City, sa kanilang pag-uwi. Ang schedule ng payout ay ilalathala ng DSWD-ARMM.

 

HINDI AKO NAKATANGGAP NG P1,000 GALING SA DSWD NOONG JUNE 20-29, 2017. KAILAN AT SAAN KO MAKUKUHA ANG FOOD ASSISTANCE?

Ang hindi pa nakatanggap ng P1,000 noon June 20-29, 2017, makukuha nila ang P1,000, kasama na ang P4,000 sa Marawi sa kanilang pag-uwi. Ang schedule ay ilalathala ng DSWD-ARMM. Ang rehistrado lang at na-validate ng DSWD ang makatanggap sa tulong pinansyal.

Ang inyong purok leader ang magbibigay ng inyong pangalan sa barangay kapitan. Responsibilidad ng barangay kapitan na maibigay ang inyong mga pangalan sa DSWD para i-validate, sa pamamagitan ng pag-iinterview sa inyo.

 

KUNG HINDI AKO MAKAKPAGREHISTRO PAGKATAPOS NANG HULYO 5, 2017, MAKAKATANGGAP PA BA AKO NG FOOD ANG FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE?

Dili na makadawat sa food assistance ang kadtong dili makarehistro sa Hulyo 5. Ang tanang bakwit nga nakarehistro sa dili pa Hulyo 5 ug nakarehistro nianang adlawa mao ray i-validate sa DSWD.

Hindi na makakatanggap ng food assistance ang hindi nakapagparehistro bago matapos ang Hulyo 5. Ang lahat ng mga bakwit na nakarehistro bago matapos ang Hulyo 5 ang mava-validate ng DSWD.

 

ANO ANG IBIG SABIHIN NG VALIDATION NG DSWD / CSWDO / MSWDO?

Ang validation ay isang proseso na ginagawa ng DSWD / CSWDO / MSWDO sa pamamagitan ng pag-iinterview sa mga bakwit upang mapatunayan na sila ay lehitimong bakwit galing Marawi City. Ito ay ginagawa upang ang mga binibigay nga tulong ay matatanggap sa mga lehitimong bakwit, at hindi sa mga nagsasamantala.

NA-VALIDATE NA AKO NG DSWD, PERO HINDI PA RIN AKO NAKAKATANGGAP NG TULOG GALING SA AHENSYA, ANONG DAPAT KONG GAWIN?

Makipag-usap kayo sa purok leader o barangay kapitan para malaman ang schedule sa distribution ng relief goods. Ang inyong barangay officials ang nakikipag-ugnayan sa CSWDO / MSWDO sa schedule ng pagbibigay ng relief goods. Ang CSWDO / MSWDO ang nagrerequest sa DSWD ng relief goods para mai-distribute ang mga ito sa inyong barangay.

 

PWEDE BA AKONG KUMUHA NG RELIEF GOODS O FOOD ASSISTANCE SA OPISINA NG DSWD?

Hindi pwede. Walang distribusyon ang ginagawa sa lahat ng opisina ng DSWD. Ang distribusyon ay ginagawa lang sa mga evacuation centers at barangay halls. Ang schedule ng distribusyon ay nakasalalay sa request ng CSWDO / MSWDO sa DSWD. ###

DSWD FO X Update on Disaster and Response Operation as of 12NN July 4, 2017

The total number of IDPs served in the Region increases to 34,692 families or 162,196 persons. There are currently 40 evacuation centers in region 10 housing 2,731 families or 12,121 persons. The number of home-based families total to 31,961 or 150,075 persons.

The number of Evacuation Centers (ECs) in Region 10 is as follows: Iligan City – 5; Balo-i – 11; Pantar – 1; Pantao Ragat – 22; Cagayan de Oro City – 1.

For the whole province of Lanao del Norte including Iligan City, the total number of IDP families served increases to 29,762 or 142,176 persons. The number of families inside evacuation centers served, including Iligan City, is 2,727 or 12,105 persons. Home-based Families served in Lanao del Norte, including Iligan City, is 27,035 or 130,071.

For Iligan City alone, the number of IDP families served is 15,490 or 75,585 persons. There are 787 families sheltered in evacuation centers served or 3,808 persons, while the number of home-based IDP families served is 14,703 or 71,777 persons.

Five Evacuation Centers are still operational in Iligan City namely: Buru-un School of Fisheries, Buru-un Gym, Tibanga Gym, Bayanihan Gym, and Ma. Cristina Gym.

In Misamis Oriental, the number of IDP families served is 4,412 or 17,984 persons; four (4) families or 16 persons staying in the lone evacuation Center situated in Barangay Indahag, Cagayan de Oro City are served. The number of home-based IDP families is 4,408 or 17,968 persons.

In Bukidnon, the number of IDP families served remain at 423 families or 1,561 persons who are all home-based or staying with their relatives in the municipalities of Kalilangan, Lantapan, Pangantucan, San Fernando and the cities of Malaybalay and Valencia.

In Misamis Occidental, the number of IDP families served remain at 95 families or 475 persons who are all home-based temporarily residing in four barangays of Ozamiz City namely: Brgy. Maningcol, Brgy. Tinago, Brgy. San Antonio, and Brgy. Gango.

Total cost of assistance extended to IDPs amounts to P82,205,135.00 of which P78,908,025.00 is extended by DSWD. Breakdown of Cost assistance is P56,275,260.00 for Family Food Packs and P22,632,766.00 for non-food assistance.

The Province of Lanao del Norte provided P1,852,443.00 for IDPs and Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) also provided a total of P1,444,667.00 as recorded.

The DSWD addresses the concern of the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) housed in evacuation centers in Balo-i, Pantar and Pantao Ragat, the DSWD Field Office 10 is currently installing the 246 DSWD Family Tents to serve as temporary shelters for the IDPs. The Family Tents can house 1 family per tent.

DSWD FO X storage hub in Linamon, Lanao del Norte also has 1,574 Family Tents ready for installation to the different areas.

For IDPs with missing relatives or friends, they are advised to coordinate with the Office of Civil Defense in their respective areas. The Office of Civil Defense is the primary agency for coordination with regards to missing persons and other related concerns.

For IDPs in evacuation centers who wish to avail of transportation assistance or the Balik Probinsiya subsidy, they may ask the Camp Managers for referral letter to be submitted to social workers assigned at the Operations Center, who will assess them if they are qualified or not based on their Disaster Assistance Family Access Card (DAFAC) and Barangay Certification.

To date, a total of P109,779.00 is already released to 61 IDP family beneficiaries as transportation assistance for those who went home to their respective provinces.

IDPs can avail of both food and non –food assistance upon the endorsement from the Local Government Units through the Municipal City Social Welfare and Development Officers in the areas where they are temporarily residing for home-based IDPs and camp managers for IDPs living inside the evacuation camps.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office X facilitates the on-going distribution of the P1,000.00 food assistance for Ramadan to all validated IDPs. To date, there are 25,934 validated IDP families throughout Region 10 (Lanao del Norte, Bukidnon, Misamis Oriental, Misamis Occidental) qualified for the said assistance – 79% have already received the assistance or 20,401 IDP families, which totals to P20,401,000.00. DSWD Field Office X is currently continuing the assistance pay-out for IDPs.

Burial assistance was extended to 18 families who lost their families during the conflict in Marawi.

DSWD-X has been continuously joining the Regional Coordination Command Center meeting along with the Office of Civil Defense, DSWD-ARMM, DOH and other agencies for regular updating, resolution of issues and point of collaboration pertaining to the disaster operation.

Based on Joint Statement issued by DSWD Secretary Judy Taguiwalo, DSWD-ARMM Secretary Haroun Al-Rashid A. Lucman, and Marawi City Mayor Majul Usman Gandamra, July 5, 2017 will be the last day of registration for all IDPs. The food and financial assistance of P5,000 will be given to the IDPs upon their return to their communities in Marawi City.
