The Balatacan Makugihon C4 SLPA was organized last April 2019 with 25 members from Barangay Balatacan, Tangub City. All of the members are beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program or 4Ps. Their proposed project or livelihood is a Mini General Merchandise, focusing more on the Farming Fertilizers, Fishing Tools and Supplies.
