Peanut butter is a common Filipino snack food item and is easily made at home. For Pandanan Food Processors, a livelihood association from Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Lanao del Norte, it is their source of income.

Trained in Food Processing NCII, the 10 all-female members of Pandanan Food Processors make peanut butter as their source of income.

As a support to their association, the Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office 10, through its Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP), funded their skills training and provided equipment, supplies, and materials to start their micro-enterprise.

Members of the association, all of whom are female, were trained on Food Processing NCII with Lanao Norte National Agro-Industrial School as partner institute. The association has been operational since October 2019. xxx
