Thumbs up from the people of Barangay Balintonga, as the fulfillment of their dream of the construction of Barangay Health Station is well within their reach through the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Kapit Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services – National Community Driven Development (Kalahi CIDSS-NCDDP). This was learned after the Municipal Inter-Barangay Forum – Participatory Resource Allocation (MIBF-PRA), April 14, 2016 after the conduct of the 5th Barangay Assembly. Barangay Captain Warnita Y.
