The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office 10 empathizes with those who are greatly affected with the COVID-10 pandemic. These are families whose sources of income has stopped when the pandemic soared in the region. The struggles and hardships experienced by these families are also felt by the agency.

Upon the approval of the Republic Act 11494 or the Bayanihan to Recover as One Act (Bayanihan 2) and with the advice of the Department of Social Welfare and Development Central Office, DSWD-FO 10 immediately implemented the law.

Staff were deployed in different areas in the region for the payout.
In the municipality of Dangcagan, Bukidnon, there are 360 qualified family beneficiaries.

Each beneficiary receives P6,000 which is intended to buy food, medicine, and other basic needs of the family. This will help them sustain during the on-set of the pandemic.

The DSWD-FO 10 assures everyone that all its staff are one in serving untiringly, with or without the pandemic, for the benefit of all.
