management, data management, and/or office productivity tools

Additional Competencies:
1. With good written and oral communication skills;
2. Proficient with Office productivity and records management;
3. Able to work harmoniously, competently and effectively even under pressure; and,
4. Willing to be deployed in disaster areas.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Assists the Social Worker in the interview of clienteles, psychosocial interventions such as counseling, family therapy, critical incidence, stress debriefing and family conferences;

2. Refers clients to concerned LGUs, NGOs, and POs for further intervention and assistance; assists social worker in her work load and management of cases;
3. Provides support in conduct of capacity building, meetings, workshops, field monitoring and the likes;
4. Encodes in the database tracking system all incoming and outgoing communications/documents of the section to be used as reference in the following up/monitoring the status/action taken;
5. Files and stores copies and memorandum, guidelines and other reference documents of the Center to safe keep pertinent documents and ensure that these can be easily retrieved when needed;
6. Maintains and updates database of office records to ensure that there is an inventory of available sources/documents can be used as references for staff;
7. Performs other tasks assigned by the Center Head.
