Experience : 1 year experience in records management, data
management, and/or equipped with secretarial skills

2. Proficient with Office productivity and records management;
3. Able to work harmoniously, competently and effectively even under pressure;
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office application;

Functions and Responsibilities:

– RECORDS AND DISTRIBUTE INFORMATIONS OF ALL INCOMING AND OUTGOING COMMUNICATION WITHIN THE OFFICE, DIVISION OR IN UNITS

– ANSWERS AND MAKE TELEPHONE CALLS, TAKING MEMOS AND SAVING/COPYING FILES

– TYPES/ENCODES/EDIT DOCUMENTS AND RECORD MINUTES OF MEETINGS

– OPERATING A RANGE OF OFFICE MACHINES SUCH AS PHOTOCOPIERS/SCANNER AND COMPUTERS

– ASSISTING VARIOUS DAILY OPERATION IN THE OFFICE

– DIGITALIZATION OF INCOMING AND OUTGOING DOCUMENTS

– DOES OTHER RELATED TASKS AS DIRECTED BY SUPERVISOR
